Also going off a couple of tweets from Norm which say: "After talking w/ few fellow reporters, it’s important Fuente’s comments about players exiting transfer portal/wanting to return to #Hokies are put into better context. He was saying while many players indeed won’t have opportunity to return to team, some may (case-by-case basis). | Let’s be honest. If scholarship 3rd team LB wanted to exit portal/return to #Hokies, Fuente’s response is likely, “Nope. We’re moving on, man,” but if Caleb Farley exited portal (he’s not in portal)/wanted to return - bring it on home, Caleb. Again,case-by-case...and common sense."

In that case, Fuente should have just kept his mouth shut in the first place. Now he has one more thing to try to explain away to recruits.

I'm pretty sure dabo doesn't know the difference between and an X and O on the playsheet, but that guy knows how to relate to human beings, 17 year old athletes in particular. He is masterful at selling his vision and getting people to believe in him. In terms of being a coach to young athletes, he is the exact polar opposite of Jeffrey [Redacted].

At approximately 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 4, the two Ohio State players “forced vaginal intercourse with another ... by purposely compelling said victim to submit by force,” according to a complaint filed on Tuesday by the alleged victim against Riep and Wint.

Riep, according to the complaint, “held the victim in place, restraining the liberty of another,” and pushed the victim “down by the neck then held her in place with his hands and body, with the purpose to engage in sexual activity with and against the will of said victim.”

Wint, according to the complaint, physically held the victim “by the face” and prevented the victim from “getting away or getting his penis out of her mouth, with the purpose to engage in sexual activity with and against the will of said victim.”

The victim began to have consensual sex with Riep before she stopped and moved away from him, telling him that she “did not want to continue,” per the summary statement of facts in a Franklin County Municipal Court affidavit in support of probable cause. Wint then entered the room, and Riep asked if he could join before forcing her to have non-consensual sex, per the affidavit. Riep then held her in place while Wint forced oral sex on the victim, according to the summary statement of facts.

According to the affidavit, Riep filmed the victim and told her to give her name and say the incident was consensual before driving her back to her residence.

Yeah, that's really not good. Tough to read. Obviously suspended indefinitely.

If they have the accuser on video saying it was consensual, it seems like it would be challenging for prosecutors to prove the recording was somehow coerced. Never seen that before in an alleged rape case.
