Not a horrible day for a bike ride. Did the Tour de Llama today in Yadkin County.
 
Miserable long run this morning as it was pushing 80 degrees by 7am. I think I’m ready to be done with summer.

Ooof. Tomorrow, the low is 72. I'm going to get out for 1:45 at 7AM and I'm not looking forward to it.

I rode bikes this morning. Early, it wasn't too hot, but it was very humid. Then, it was too hot.
