At this point in his career, you get what you get from [Redacted]. He's not going to magically get better and improve this late into his career.

That quote isn't that bad. It's stupid but he isn't throwing anyone under the bus come on.
 
Bzz doesn't need to get a little bit better. Maybe the assistants he threw under the bus, but not Jeffery.
