It appears, after quick usage of the search function which is totally boss, that Sloth said he thought when "people said Neg rep they were saying NGA rep". Tuffalo used it once, and then I used it and said "WE SHOULD CALL IT NGA Rep".

So I guess Sloth and Tuffalo get credit. :rulz:
