Totally Unofficial 2018/19 Premier League Thread (NWT)

That was a wild one. Should have let Harrison have that last dangerous free kick.

Manchester United win grounds keeper of the season.

Only trophy that matters! What an honor!

Your head groundsman probably makes £20k a year. Equivalent to what your shittiest youth player makes per week. Congratulations for your exploitation

Bournemouth just signed Lloyd Kelly from Bristol. There had been a lot of Liverpool chatter around him in January and last week. Can play left back, but probably a central defender eventually. Think he captained an England youth team recently, too.

Wild scenes in the bundesliga right now

Dortmund up 1 goal and Bayern level

Revered by Swansea fans, will be interesting to see how he does. Will have a much more positive style than Hughton did

I like it. It’s a risk, but I think Hughton was only going to stay about the same level or slide back.

Sounds like Spurs are again in for Tanguy Ndombele, who would be sort of a perfect addition. Not sure we'll hand the clout to compete with the mega clubs, though. Still, a little ambition in the market would be nice.

"According to the L’Equipe print edition (via Get French Football News), Tottenham are back in for Ndombele this summer, with the French daily reporting that Spurs have made a provisional contract offer to the 22 year old that is “more financially significant than anything they have offered anyone for quite some time.”"

Spurs are in the Champions League final. They should probably be considered a mega club, even if they're cheap.
