Or, it would have of Cannon hadn’t amended her ruling today to remove the parts the 11th circuit stayed.

Her amending her ruling is a problem because there now isn’t anything for Trump’s team to challenge to the USSC.

They already did with the coach case, right? They ruled based on an imaginary situation where the coach was praying silently by himself.

Judge overrules her own so special master to go even more lenient on Trump. As a lawyer, this is really wild. Like stressing the credibility of the Court level of corruption wild. Even at the appellate level, 2 of the 3 Trump judges overruled her.
 
They don't need to communicate in private. The Trump team makes it clear in public what they need the judge to do.
