Most of the substantive leaks are coming from the administration itself. How are Democrats leaking information coming from the White House?

Don't be dense. Hell three White House aides are going to be fired by Donald when he gets back from the trip. They're not Democrats.

Even if the resistance is having a negative impact on security it's not because of leaks coming from the White House.
 
exactly, these leaks are not coming from Dems (they are so far out of the loop). These leaks are coming from the WH...somewhere (not counting Trump's verbal diarrhea.

A good video is of NATO members laughing and murmuring amongst themselves during Trumps speech as he continues to not understand how NATO works.
