Agreed. And I understand being a freshman compounds the problem. I'll even throw in a lot of his early picks were bad luck on tipped balls and dropped passes, but at some point, especially at the end of the season, none of those excuses apply any more.
 
Why waste a timeout on 3-and-11? Take the 5 yard penalty,run it for no gain, and kick the damn ball.
 
I'll freely admit I'm a Wolford apologist, but I don't think it's fair to judge him on this season.

He has a horrible OL and questionable receivers so that is going to impact his decision making. That being said that was an awful pass.

true, but he's also short, slow and has a weak arm. and seems like is pretty slow to survey the field. the last one should improve with experience, not sure about the first three.
 
He is short. He does not have a weak arm and he is a pocket passer. His speed is irrelevant if there is a pocket.
