i don't think that's really that unpopular of an opinion. outside of jersey and 40-somethings i don't think anyone really thinks he's that great.

I dunno, I've met some folks in our age bracket who are gigantic fans.

"Born to Run" is good, and some of his other big radio hits are OK from a nostalgia perspective, but the rest of his stuff falls between meh and awful.

If this is a popular opinion, I'm glad I'm right yet again.

i mean he's cool. his music's fun. but i don't think i've ever put a boss song on a juke box or have ever owned any.
 
i like bruce and enjoyed his concert that i went to, sue me

like i prefer the boss of my generation (the hold steady) to the real boss.
