Wake Forest 2023 baseball season thread (Deacs end historic season with extra inning loss to LSU: Final record 54-12 and top 4 finish nationally)

Hits probably average out. They've hit a couple hard ones right at us in the outfield, but then have also had a bloop single drop that probably should've been caught and then that seeing eye single.
 
Rhett isn’t going 7 innings like this I can say that much.

Been a lot of high stress pitches so far
 
What the heck was that? Looked like it was gonna be caught easily and then just kept going.

Duke is probably an average ACC team or so.
 
When Lowder doesn’t have his changeup working he’s just a totally different guy
 
Both of those last two hits looked like they were relatively routine fly balls at first and then just kept going and going. Let's get our bats awake.
 
That about sums up the game so far. Wake can't get a bunt down last inning in two attempts, Duke lays down a perfect one and moves the runner plus gets a single off of it.
 
Of all weeks to shit the bed against fucking duke of all teams. Will be especially miserable when they win another championship in basketball this weekend.
