Wake Forest Basketball Recruiting: Juke Harris Commits!!

Yeah. If he can give us what Parker is giving us this year as a freshman shooter off the bench, that would be huge.

He's a decent shooter but that's not really his game. More of a slasher/penetrator/finisher. The most impressive part of his game the times I've seen him is his creativity in getting to the rim and scoring through contact.

Yeah, no problem with that comp. Sallis more explosive as an athlete, but that's not a knock on Juke as it is pointing out what we know, that Sallis is that explosive.
 
Sallis also 3 years older? Juke will get better with a college S&C program also. Tools to be a really good one.
 
Sure, but Sallis was the consensus #2 SG in his class and a 5 star out of high school.

Juke is highly regarded and has the potential to be very good, but let's pump the brakes a little bit. No idea if he is a guy that gets solid minutes from day one.

Excited about Juke but let’s not levy too many expectations on a kid not ranked in the top 75.

Extremely disappointing to not be able to land anyone to play with him, especially now that we have a decent NIL war chest. Portal/international, rinse, repeat.

Outside of the Aminu class, when have we ever consistently gotten good high school recruiting? We've always struggled in that department. I think Loren Woods was the only burger guy we've had besides Sallis. Maybe I missed one..but we never have attracted to flight talent. It's always been under the radar types

Tough to recruit when there aren't obvious openings. Everybody on the current Wake roster has at least one year of eligibility after this season.
