As per 24/7 he's the #4 QB in the country for 2019. Way to go Claw!
 
This looks like a huge pickup. How close is he to 5*?
 
Wow, he is rated really high on 247 as a 4 star, #4 pro style QB. On rivals he is a 3 star rated 5.6. Only other P5 offer from Maryland. Sounds like we got an early start and capitalized
 
Manchester QB Brendon Clark commits to Wake Forest

"He had one other offer from Maryland, Manchester coach Tom Hall said, and garnered attention from Clemson. It was Wake Forest's school of medicine, Hall said, that made the difference.

"Brendon is a true student athlete," the coach added.

During his sophomore season, Clark threw for 2,141 yards, 16 touchdowns and six interceptions. His passer rating of 170 was one of the best in the area. It was his second year as a starter. He played the season with a brace on his knee, the result of a season-ending injury that occurred his freshman year.

The brace slowed him down and inhibited his ability to scramble. Without the brace, Clark is faster now, Hall said. He's bigger, too, having grown to 6-foot-3, 215 pounds -- 35 pounds more than he was a season ago.

"He's a completely different person when you see him," Hall said. "He's the fastest he's ever been.""
