Wake to host Paradise Jam?

Maybe they can take a field trip to Peaks of Otter and the D-Day Memorial one day, then to Appomattox the next.
 
Liberty is donating all of the tournament gate receipts to the humanitarian relief efforts in the U.S. Virgin Islands in order to assist with the recovery.
 
Wake plays the late game on the 17th. If our home football game against NC State is at noon or 3 pm, I'll be staying in Lynchburg the night of the 17th and driving to W-S for football and back to Lynchburg for the late game (assuming we can beat Drake).
 
Would've been cool to host it with the tie-in to Timmy - but I seriously doubt the athletic department had interest in hosting (and operating) an 8-team basketball tournament w 4 games a day on the same weekend as a home football game v NC State. The revised tournament schedule is Friday-Sunday instead of what they originally had with Thurs-Sun w/ Saturday off. Liberty is desperate for relevance so let them spend $$$ to host a hoops tournament with no TV coverage.
