That would be awesome and hope it’s true. I realize every game is different, but do see Fairfield is currently getting beat by New Hampshire.

Go WIN the game and these early season games --- play D, box out, go after every loose ball like it's a TV at WalMart the day after Thanksgiving, do the UVA thing where you stay on the ground but throw 2 hands up when a guy is shooting a 3, don't make lazy passes...when in doubt dunk the damn ball, a missed dunk is better than some soft crap...all that stuff.
 
Mike White was the Wes Miller of 10 years ago. Huge argument back on the Boards of hiring the young up and coming Mike White. Florida did. Wasn't great but wasn't horrible. But it didn't result in the next Coach K. Guess sometimes age isn't the only factor that goes into these things.

UNH won by 12. 83-71
Interesting UNH found a way to score more than we did. Hard to tell if our O was just off/bad or Fairfield D was solid. Maybe this answers that?

Fairfield shot 54% 13/24 from 3, went small. Fairfield shot 45% overall . Moneyball can win

DR disagrees. Young coach with small gym are the foundation for success.

Even more fascinating is that UNH scored 83 points on 64 possessions compared to our 71 on 68 possessions. Have to imagine our free throw rate partially contributed as did UNH going 13-24 from 3 compared to our 6-22.
