What does your average weekday look like?

Man, little kids sound awful.

There are good things about kids, but certainly a consequence is none of this "5:00-11:00 pm - enjoy leisurely dinner, wine, TV, Netflix, oral sex, bed."

8:29 - grudgingly roll out of bed
8:45 - arrive at office
5:45 - leave office
6:00 - exercise
7:15 - drinks/dinner with friend(s)
10:00 - arrive home
12:00 - back to bed

6am-7am: wake up, work out
7am - 8am: shower and get dressed (my hair takes forever to dry and is 80% of my getting dressed time)
8am - 8:45: fight traffic to get to work
9-5am: work; perhaps take. Lunch hour of I have things under control (1-2 times a week max)
5-5:45: evening commute
5:45-6:30- walk and play with the pup
6:30 - 9pm: do at least one load of laundry, about an hour of work emails, and then some tv, reading, and/or knitting

I'm so grateful to have a husband that find cooking relaxing.

6am - Wake up and begin pissing excellence (Wake up at 5:30am if going into basement to workout)
645am - Leave for work
7am-415pm - Work... Maybe go for a walk and eat lunch around 11am
430pm - Home to play with daughters until dinner
530pm - Dinner
6pm - 30-45min minute walk around the neighborhood with family
645pm - Kid bedtime routine
730pm - Watch TV
9pm - Read books and/or mess around on phone
10pm - Bedtime

The only real variations would be on evenings where I play rec basketball or softball for an hour or so.
And the 7am-415pm workday changes... I'm not always sitting in my office. Some days I'm out meeting with clients all day or taking a few hours to run some errands.
But yeah, weekdays are kind of routine these days with two daughters (3 & 1). My wife is big on routine.

6:30/7:00 - leave work (lunch at my desk)
7:00/7:15 - get home
7:15 - 11:00; yardwork, hang with wife, eat dinner, watch stuff we have on DVR, go to bed

We'll go out to eat and/or have some beers or some wine two or three nights a week - maybe alone, maybe with friends.

0500 - Wake up, get ready for gym, go to gym
0530 - Workout (60 minutes, Crossfit)
0645-0745 - Shower/get ready for work, make lunch, breakfast with toddler/wife
0745-0815 - Commute
0815-1630 - Work
1630-1700 - Commute
1700-1900 - Play with toddler, walk the dog, dinner, bathe toddler, put toddler to bed, etc.
1900-2200 - Hang with wife, read, tv, etc.

Pretty strict about lights out at 10...hard to get up at 5 if I stay up much later than that. Will often try to shoot for being in bed by 9:30 pm with a little time to read before going to sleep.

We try to go out for dinner once during the week just to get everyone out of the house, but otherwise there's not much variation from this M-Thurs.

530 - wake up, get ready for gym
6 - 645 - gym - Crossfit Mon, Wed, Fri - CycleBar Tues, Thurs
7 - 730 - get ready for work
730 - 800 - commute to work
800 - 600 - work my damn ass off
600 - 630 commute home
630 - 645 lounge in sunroom to talk to wife while she finished up dinner in kitchen
645 - 700 dinner with wife and kids ( by far the best part of every day. I look forward to it all day, and the wife makes dinner as a family together mandatory Mon-Fri. For those of you whose kids aren't teenage yet, dinner with them when they are this age is fantastic)
700 - 830 - hang out with wife (kids too if summer or not too much homework which is rare), watch Jeopardy, CNN to see WTF Trump did in last 5 minutes, just hang out and relax
830 - 1000 - go in basement studio and work on music - practice guitar or learn songs for upcoming gig or play some songs on acoustic and record etc - or re-string guitar - something to do with music

I don't use an alarm clock or schedule a conference call or other interaction before 1pm when I'm in the home office.

Wake up when I wake up. This can be as early as 4:30am or as late as 10am depending on what happened the night before.
Walk dog.
Coffee and breakfast and 30 minutes of internet/news/social media.
Go to the river and check on conditions.
Plan when to fish.
Figure out which 4-6 hours of the day to work.
Evenings are walk dog, fish, hike, cook, eat, internet, read, maybe some TV, play music, etc.
In the winter I work more in the evenings because it gets dark so early.
This is 4 days a week. I plan either Monday or Friday off depending on what's going on so I have a 3 day weekend most weeks.

I travel about 1/3 of the time and that's a whole different story.
Wake up by 7am and work all day including meetings/breakfasts/coffee/lunches/drinks/dinners with clients, potential clients, associates or HR interviews.
Try and get to bed by 12 and relatively sober.
