Rate Charlotte Thai:

1. Basil
2-3. Monsoon Thai, Thai Taste
4. Deejai

By far the most spicy I've been able to get is from Thai Taste and Monsoon, so this bumps them above Deejai for me, and 1-3 is probably closer to a tie because Basil has somewhat better quality but gets knocked for not bringing the heat and being inconvenient for dinner takeout. None of those are terrible IMO though.
 
i'm partial to thai taste. but i've never been to basil, so i can't rate it.
 
You should defs check it out sometime. It's good. I think you'll notice a step up from Thai Taste, but if you like it hot and spicy ask for the spice tray because they don't seem to bring the pain.
