WHICH IS A BIGGER DEAL THIS WEEKEND, WIN VS FSU OR AYO COMMITS TO WAKE ?

Getting a Burger Boy has longer repercussions than winning a single football game.

AYO!!!!!

But winning the game would be great!!

Just in case anyone is paying attention, FSU is out of the top 25 in at least one of the polls this week with less than half the votes of Duke. Spin it any way you want but beating this FSU team isn't nearly as big a deal as eventually signing a PG of Ayo's standing. Starting 5-0 in football would be a nice accomplishment, but our first 4 wins were against very minor competition in the grand scheme. With our remaining football schedule we're not gonna win any division championship. Winning a football game always has positive effects, but a broad change doesn't happen overnight in football recruiting. In basketball, one special recruit added to our 2018 class will change the orbit of Wake Basketball.
 
There are some comparisons that are not especially valuable in terms of measurement. Example: apples versus oranges. Although this comparison is not the exact analog it is close.
