Wilmington area bachelor party ideas

Help me, Pit. I need to help plan a bachelors party for a group in the Wilmington, NC area. As many times as I've been to the area, I don't know it well enough to effectively plan this on my own...so I need suggestions.

Also, snark is always expected and I have no doubt the tags will be great. Thanks in advance to those who respond seriously.

What exactly are you planning?

Plenty of the typical bar scene environment in the downtown. Personally, I prefer more of the laid back beach bar scene at Wrightsville Beach.

If you're a craft beer guy, then there's plenty to choose from at the Lighthouse and Satellite Bar.
 
It'll be in April, so spring time frame. I had considered moving it, but it'll be tough to get this many guys mobilized like that. Someone else suggested a limo ride to some casino booze cruise across the line in SC. Anyone know anything about that?

As for what kind of bachelor party, I'm down for anything, but I'm trying to do something other than the strip club cliche. Been to plenty of those and I'm kind of over it.
 
Plenty of UNCW chicks out and about downtown. The big spots during the weekend that I noticed was the Pour House and Liquid Room. Fibbers is also pretty cool, if you wanted to go from there to the rest of the Wrightsville Beach bar scene.

There's a Casino Booze Cruise across the state line in N. Myrtle Beach that I hear is pretty good. I hear it's mostly a crowd of late 20's to late 30's.

Haha...we are the late 20's-30's crowd. Trolling for UNC-W booty would be creep for us.
 
Did a long bachelor party weekend in Wrightsville Beach and had a great time at the beach bars, eating seafood, getting radical, etc. El Chupe got an open container ticket for carrying a beer down the street right in front of a police. Good times.

Yeah, the casino cruises are about an hour away from Wilmington
 
The cruises have horrendous reviews online. I'm feeling pretty wary of those. What would be the best nightlife spots to hit in Wilmington/Wrightsville?

Wilmington Downtown: Liquid Room, Pour House, etc. Just stroll downtown on Front St and you can hit any of them from CFCC's campus to Market Street.

Wrightsville Beach: I always liked Fibbers, but if you go just over the bridge on the island you'll see a whole string of bars from Wings to Johnny Mercer pier, that vary in amounts of people there depending on the specials that night. Just park and shop around for whatever looks to have more people.
