Old Aerosmith kicks ass. They were GnR before GnR-- good ol' sleaze rock. From Permanent Vacation on they are defined more by their Desmond Child-written hits, but they still had some pretty good tunes in their catalog-- just a different sound. Kinda like Van Halen vs. Van Hagar.
Always liked this tune off a much-maligned album. Joe Perry wasn't on it, but believe he co-wrote it.
As for Tyler being sued, it's 50 years on, c'mon. It's just a money grab. Yeah, it's a bit creepy. It was also not uncommon for the time and really more negligent on the part of the parents than anybody else. Tyler did this, and creeps like Nugent, and there were plenty of big stars bagging underaged groupies on a regular basis. Shit, they made a movie about it with Almost Famous. Most of them were too high or too drunk to think about the legalities of it, and the girls likely dishonest about their ages and with enough dicks run through them already to make it a non-issue. The laws may very well have been different than what they are now too. There are multiple levels of complicity, but only one has multi-millions of dollars.
