There were a few recruits we were after that verbal commits to Ole Miss. I hope they don't go after our coach.

Sounds like they found out about the escort phone call during discovery for Houston Nutt's civil suit against the university.

Why does a football coach who wants escorts use a university phone, instead of just buying a cheapo escort only cell phone? Amazing stupidity.
 
I assume the university is off the hook for the remainder of his contract...although his family is entitled to support.
 
Hugh Freeze turning out to be a sleezeball and not a jesus-loving, god-fearing man is about the lease surprising thing I can think of.
