People seem pretty eager to get all of these Big Ten teams in, considering Alabama beat last year's Big Ten champ 38-0.
Ohio State was given the game by Michigan. Anyone but those wearing scarlet and gray glasses saw that Michigan was the better team. The week before they may have lost if three win MSU had made the two point conversion or kicked the extra point and won in regulation. So basically the last two weeks Ohio State has looked anything but the #2 team in the nation, but lemming like everyone just automatically says they are. While we are at it, that game was overrated Saturday. Mental and physical mistakes all game. Only a couple of passes even attempted beyond 20 yards. But I digress. I think it will really suck if a team OSU lost to wins the B10 championship (despite the fact that I think Wisky will win that game), and is left out over a team they beat. "Well, Penn State was lucky to win that game, Ohio State outplayed them for most of the game" I hear people say. Okay, how about this, "Well, Ohio State was lucky to win that game, Michigan outplayed them for most of the game". Why bother having a championship game at all if the team you beat gets a better ending than you? If this is the way it's gonna be, either return to the BCS, or bring on the eight team playoff NOW.

That was last year. Each year stands on it's own as they say.
lol
they also beat #3, #8, #9, and #14 but ok
right, because osu also beat bama 2 years ago 42-35
doesn't really make sense to try and bring other years into this year's discussion
still think it's bama on a tier and nobody else
OSU isn't gonna beat em

Bama will have to throw-up on itself to not win the NC, but then again, they almost lost to a very average Ole Miss team early in the season. In one game, anything can happen.
Don't think any team has a great chance against Bama, but would think that Clemson would have the best chance having played them tough last year, and Watson seems to have found his 2015 form.
FWIW, if Saban wants to, Bama could embarrass Florida in the SECCG. Florida won with smoke and mirrors all year, and their pathetic offense against the Bama defense is a frightening mismatch (would guess that the Bama defense alone will outscore the Florida offense). Florida may be the worst team ever to make the SEC Championship game.

These are facts. Oh and OSU has one less loss. Head to head only really matters when all else is equal, according to what the committee has said in the past. It's not even close to equal in this case.
Well, just to see the committee throw up on itself and be in total disarray come Sunday if this scenario happens and to see what they say with their own rules they laid down:
First order of margins is "championships won" if teams are comparable
"strength of schedule"
"head to head"
"comparable outcomes of common opponents of common opponents without margins of victory"
Alabama wins over Florida, Ohio State is not playing, Clemson wins over VT, Washington wins over Colorado, Penn State wins over Wisconsin, Michigan is not playing
Clemson[12-1]/Penn State[11-2] both lost to Pitt [Clemson at home by 1, PSU at Pitt by 3]. OSU [11-1] lost to PSU [11-2]. Wash lost to USC [9-3],
Strength of schedule per Sagarin--OSU 75.86, Clem 72.52, Wash 70.66, PSU 73.16
Just throwing it out there as it has been up for a lot of discussion on College Sirius today by some of their guest experts from SI & ESPN college football writers
oh and also, as someone sitting in the student section cheering my ass off for OSU over Michigan...
michigan was by far the better team and should have sealed it/won on a couple occasions
osu secondary is really good though
This wasn't even on my radar, but I guess a Navy win this Saturday would really screw up bowl scheduling.
