It's less about effect on the league and more about making it easier to schedule DeACCon (as mentioned multiple times) as well as not stepping on top of each other all the time.

Yes, but the only conference y'all are in at this point is 10. The other regions that have Deacs in conference (regions 4 and 7) seem to be fairly saturated with active coaches already.

I'd rather get in a relatively empty (for now) Region 2 and see who all is left to join me.

I PM'd kmoney to transfer over to Oxford (the Oxford WORDSMITHS) in C8.

The three of you (Stormfury/Warak/Awaken) should stick in C10, I think. Then we have adout, dadeacs, ph, tau to worry about. Tau, is your brother still playing?

Maybe we start three to a region? So two of adout/da/ph/tau join me in C8, and the other two go to Region 4 or 7? I dunno.

Region 24 is wide open, ZERO players. That's where three of you guys should go.
 
^^ C24 San Antonio Duncan Deacs, come on down! This is what I would have done if not gone to Durham. But Adout is already in C26. Deacs need to join him, too.

Durham is a pretty decent team. All 12 players rate +53/-10. Starters are small, but good; lack depth on the bench. The NA's were easy to place. They're "turrible" #Barkley.

I'm fine with that. Ph take my team as it's #3 rated with pretty solid SR class. You'll want to have a solid class this cycle to keep pace, but should be set to compete immediately.

I picked Cincy again - after seeing all these posts, I feel like I did the wrong thing.

Just picked up my Flagstaff team. Actually not terrible (I think). Really good senior class, really awful junior class, kind of average younger classes with some semi useful players. Going to take some getting used to and i'm sure I need to study up on the message boards to see what actually matters etc. Squad looks to be +35/-12 if my math is right. I have absolutely no height with any skill after this year so bigs will be the order of this next recruiting class. Glad to have the game back!
