E- Belgium/Italy/Ireland/Sweden
F- Portugal/Iceland/Austria/Hungary
 
I dunno, still a lot of tough ones -- A and F are weak but the rest all are deep. And there is great depth in Europe as qualifying showed

They can't play for America unless they have a US passport....so....they are American, no?
