I'm not sure how you can reach that conclusion. Forbes doesn't seem to believe that. He just got a bad agent in his ear.

From listening to it, Bobi’s agent did everything possible to get him to LA (away from Wake’s coaches) so that the agent could be the primary voice in Bobi’s ear.

Pretty classic manipulation strategy right there.

Yep, and I also think he wants to draw as much attention as possible to the disparities between NBA agents and NIL agents that he mentioned at the top of the video.
