I loved how Tim Thomas was so happily aloof during his postgame interview. Dude absolutely deserved the Conn Smythe.

The Bettman Boo's were hilarious. Props to the Vancouver fans for sticking around throughout the entire ceremony and applauding Boston's good work.

And now...I can start dreaming about next year. LET'S GO CAPS

17 years ago last night, vancouver lost game 7 to the Rangers and the city of vancouver promptly rioted.

hopefully things go better tonight in that department.

Saw the cup today, pretty cool. The entire team (minus Thomas, Ryder, and Seidenberg) was boozing at an outdoor bar near my house. I was inches from the cup. I wanted to challenge Marchand to a chug off from the cup... but it didnt happen. I love that little bastard but would hate him if he was on another team.
