I'd be lying if I said I'd never been in a tanning booth before during the winter, but I'd say most of the motivation was to feel warm during the winter.
 
A little civics lesson to finish up today's CT:

The entire DC budget, including the spending of local taxes, has to be approved by Congress. (Note that DC residents don't get a voting representative, but still have to pay Federal taxes.)

This November, DC votes overwhelmingly passed a ballot initiative (65-35) to legalized the possession of weed.

Yesterday, Congress released their annual budget, which includes a provisions that bars DC from spending any money on carrying out the legalization.

Basically DC residents get no representation in Congress, and their democratic actions can be overruled by a bunch of "small-government, states rights" Republicans.

Not where I work. They just carry over every year til you retire, then you can get paid out for like 25% of them or something.

Gotta love government work. I will still have three weeks of time after I take off at Christmas and have a ton of sick hours.
 
I am credited with 10 years at my job now so I can leave and take all my retirement monies too...

No way man, I only go on spurts of posting and then disappear. I only post on the boards when I'm partying with myself. Or super bored at work because fuck this place, I'm over this gig.
