Why? Because some disgruntled employee shot known associates that all happened to work in the news industry? There aren't groups of people randomly targeting reporters. There are over 500 employee related homicides a year, of those 80% are shootings and in total 11% of all work related deaths in this country. Once again guns, weeeee

I doubt he would have attacked them if acquiring, owning, and learning to use a handgun was so difficult that he'd have been forced to try it with a knife. Nobody is arguing that a single law would stop all of these shootings - but it's proven that over time, gun control laws work. There's no real argument there. The argument is whether maintaining the 2nd amendment is so critically American that these incidents don't justify change. The issue is beyond cheap politics. It deserves to be politicized. This isn't some election-born football nonsense.
