Official Week 9 NFL Thread: #KeepPounding

Injuries are killing the bolts. Hope Floyd and Verrett aren't out too long.

I have the Bears +4 and they've missed 2 FG's. Need this to go 10-2 ATS in my pool.

Seeing Phillip Rivers lose never gets old.

I enjoyed being able to root for an NFC team without having to worry about playoff scenarios.

Miller was so open that Cutler could have thrown it underhanded. Instead he played "impossible catch" and Miller made one.

He had to throw it high because of the underneath coverage or put more of an arc on it - good throw, great catch. Very quietily, the much maligned Cutler is having a pretty nice year. Fox and Case are evidently much better at whispering in his ear than Trestman was. Fox is really doing a nice job with that team considering Cutler's history and the relative lack of talent there.

Just think if Fox had Cutler in Denver instead of Tim Tebow.

Can the Super bowl end in a tie? I thought they just keep playing until someone wins.

Luck is out 2-4 weeks with a lacerated kidney and torn abdominal muscle

I could see doing that if a team is at midfield with enough time and/or timeouts remaining assuming near 50/50 chances of scoring a TD.

Each time the opposing team is at about the 23 yard-line. I'm curious what the difference is in conversion percentage for 40 yard field goals versus 30 yard field goals. Or 25 yarders.
