Wake vs ND

When you have gotten drunk every day for 15+ years, see how well your brain functions.

Bartender's Guide:

The 22Fan: 1 ounce Everclear, 1 ounce Mercury, garnish with every bitter you have in the bar. Serve by shoving down someone else's throat. Repeat daily.

Add a heaping spoonful of salt and ring a bell every time it's ordered so everybody has to look at him.

Right, I should have added that you light it on fire for attention just before serving.

The list of Deacons who regressed notably in their senior/final year is depressing.

CMM
McKie
Gray
Williams
O'Kelley

Even Chris Paul didn't leave on the best note, and not just because of nutpunch and Pittsnoggle-it seemed like the physical play started to get to him.

Gray was 2nd team All-ACC as a senior. He didn't regress. He just played out of position due to poor recruiting.

You mean the brilliant "we'll just play Gray at point, if CP3 leaves" plan? Yeah, that worked out well.

Yeah, it's not really fair to include J-Gray on this list.

Chris Paul didn't do shit for us his senior year.

I really felt bad for Travis McKie. Early in his career here, when he started to get going it seemed like Buzz would pull him off the court. That doesn't help him or the team when he is considered an energy player.

Test time:

Maybe Codi hasn't been providing a lot of points, but the leadership and intangibles he provides make having him back invaluable and I'd hate to think where we would be right now had he not been able to come back when he did.

Post game DT compared ND's play to that of the Golden State Warriors.

Just in case the following was lost somewhere, CMM had more turnovers than points in today's game, 3 Tos and 2 Pts

Can't tell if serious...

“They’re emulating the (Golden State) Warriors and how they play,” Thomas said. “They space you out, and anybody can score off the dribble. They’ve got guys that can come off the bench and score the ball, too. They’re clicking at the right time.”

Wow... I wonder who DT would compare Wake to?... the 76ers?
