This is a different angle. It was awkward as hell and he goes after it. He just initially avoids the two bodies coming right after his lower body. Again I'd have preferred he went head first into the scrum but I'm not going to crucify a guy that constantly sells out his body and plays through pain.

Looks like he jumped over the defender and went for it. Non issue. People who hate Cam are going to hate him no matter what.

"But that's different. Brady is white, he's allowed to get out of the way"

Meh Cotch should have caught the fucking ball clean. I wasn't surprised it wasn't overturned.

A reasonable person can't argue that this overturn could have affected the outcome of the game? It turned into a huge call because Denver scored a TD on the next play.

Two plays later. Stewart got hobbled on the next play. Just a disastrous turn of events.

Right. People who day things like that generally don't understand the psychological aspects of sports or even the basic concept of momentum.

The fumble alone dropped win probability 14%. Add losing the 30 yards and at a minimum flipping the field it was probably a 20+% swing. Not to mention Stew getting hurt in the single play between. Fucking hell I'm mad again.

If it was called a catch on the field, no way it's overturned. That's what makes me the most pissed off about it.

If Carolina ever gets the lead in that game, their win probability soars.

Agree with this. Fuck as soon as Carey said clean catch I knew it was doomed. Denver's D was great but holy shit did we shoot ourselves in the foot over and over.

He had one drop all year on 39 catches. Then he drops 3 in the SB. Figures.

Well, I guess we now know how that replay could have "missed" what actually happened so egregiously. I figured as much, considering how clear it was that he caught the ball to anyone watching the actual replays.

Tolbert, zero fumbles as a Panther puts it on the ground on a routine play. Just unreal.
