Agree with this.

I actually think he did it, but the evidence didn't provide enough to proof it beyond a reasonable doubt.

I just drove by that Best Buy (and I sometimes drive through Leakin Park on the way home), but there was no phone booth a few months ago
 
He is still going to go back. Also, someone should tell him that this look is not going to shout 'innocent' to a 2016 Maryland jury.

I find it kind of funny that if they're going to do another jury trial, it will likely have to be made up entirely of non-NPR listeners. "Sir, do you listen to NPR or any other news outlet? No? So you have no idea what is going on with this case, or really anywhere else in the world for that matter? Perfect! Welcome to the jury!"
