Presidential Debate Mafia: TRUMP'S MAFIA WINS!

I mean yay you won due to AA's. I personally find little value in a win as mafia when the civ herd is culled for nonsense.

He isn't arguing that you shouldn't have AAd. He's saying civs win without them. Which might be true - though knight was probably gonna get lynched at some point.

We didn't fight for AAs. Just like every mafia chat I've been in, as soon as a person night talked or angle shot (?) we would quickly mention it in chat and say "oh, that should be an AA." That was the end of it. We didn't complain when several other people overstepped the rules, nor did we beg and plead for the AA's that happened. Those were mod decisions. It's like saying "that should be holding" during a football game. Yeah it probably was, and yeah maybe the ref will call it, but it happens, the refs make their decision, and you move on. Ultimately, the right people bought my claim, and that is why we won. Things happened during the game to affect both sides, but everyone rolled with it and played the game as it was. Some people broke the rules and got AA'd. Some people broke the rules and didn't get AA'd. It doesn't ultimately matter in the end, since I don't think anyone got a bigger paycheck for winning this game. It was a pretty fun game, and that's enough for me.

Why was knight the lynchpin in all of this? He was a vanilla civ. And he is knight

Civs probably should have won even with AAs. Redwing made a great play, people bought it, it was a good game, who cares

I mean to be fair, RSF completely fucked me with his modding mistake on D1. I made a self-preservation vote that I would never have made if his vote count had been correct, and there was no way to rewind from that. So pointing out when people broke the actual rules and asking if the mod was going to enforce them seems pretty small in comparison

Yeah, this game was actually fun, even for a vanilla civ that lost. I actually think that mafia deserved to win for red wing's claim (and apparently numbers and loki have some of the credit).

Really wish tejas hadn't been so stubborn though, because even if they deserved to win, I wish they hadn't

I'd love to. I can't reliably chatzy from work, so that's a problem.

With this hurricane coming and one of our offices in FL, I'm not volunteering right now. Maybe next week.

My gut said rw, but everything else said you. I also figured that last day would go different or last a little longer. Oh well
