does your work cover your cell phone? and I guess water/electric are included in your rent. what about renter insurance? but otherwise - yay saving!

Pro tip- numb yourself to the screaming baby. You shall experience this as a helpless parent. Have empathy and smile or nod or help with a gesture of possible. Let them know you are cool. It sucks.

Adult fucks that spit seeds or bring gross McDonald's etc et al can go fuck themselves id rather have the cool nervous baby parents

I have friends with kids and I like em nonetheless

I don't blame a parent for a crying baby like some nub

I just frown and growl at the baby til it stops
 
Also , another #lifecoach thought. Don't feel boxed in by your experience gained. The good thing about going to Wake is you're probably smart. You can learn new things.

Right now because of the downturn in 2008 there are a ton TON of opportunities out there for people your age. There just aren't a lot of reliable people out there with 10 years experience in just about anything. Tons of people just dropped out of the workforce and/or became Uber drivers or changed professions 8 years ago.

As bmoney's experience shows where he's doing something completely different than he was doing, and as my experience shows with being an HR director, if you're smart you can learn new things.

I'm already at the point where I know more than most all of the benefit brokers I speak to. Makes me want to change jobs. Put me in a room with any owner or controller vs all the people I've interviewed and I'll be #winning donaldross style every time. Cause they're all Arizona state grads and believe it or not IRL I'm incredibly good at sounding smarter and more prepared than anyone else they'll meet. And I've been at it 5 months .

The image of bearded hobo townie legit mean mugging at a crying baby makes me chuckle. Like leaned over the seats staring into its soul.

Also re San Diego, yes it gets he Rubbins seal of approval. Also, just learned to lady that bongs friend hot sister is like a LA trainer and been in tv. I figure everyone from LA has did that or says it, but I checked her chops and it's true. She way cuter hotter without ball the makeup and just on a beach trying to show some cleeeve and get at rubs than all dolled up for tv or internet tho but maybe that my style
 
Speaking of saving money, I want to start a separate savings account- put $1k or $2k to start and then save $100 a month. Are there better places than others to do this or should I just start some standard Wells Fargo type account? Help me adult.

when I did this a little bit ago, GS Bank (Goldman Sachs) online account had the best interest rate, for easy to open accounts. Better than you'll get at Wells and no minimums.

Headed to mom's beach house/soon to be permanent house in Seaside, Fl in June
Weekend in Copenhagen after a work trip to Helsinki in June
Think the fam is getting a house in Ocean Isle for a week in August, will go for a few nights
Another work trip to Finland in August...will try to figure out where to do a weekend in Europe then, too
Lotta tubing. Hopefully some rafting as well on local rivers.
 
Beach house in Wilmington at some point in August.

Also the second half of my paternity leave for most of the summer. It will be the Summer of George, but with a 5-6 month old in tow.
