Completely disagree because if mafia is purposefully dumbtelling, that means civs should also be able to. And that's very lame.
 
I think I voted for Da right after the acknowledged and uncountered cop did so.

I almost pm'd smidge when dv came out saying if I were mafia I would have killed him. I like to play cop as someone that finishes in the top three of every vote but you can't do that move day one.
 
Gouda played well until he started making up crazy poetry. And BYM just chugged along.

I hate I was super busy this morning and last night or else this would have been a clean finish. But the LuLz were well worth the shit show
 
Having to make solo decisions on kills really stinks. I'm very much a team player and like to bounce ideas around.

I tried to make picks that didn't implicate me but also didn't make me feel bad. I thought about killing Smoove early because of his tension with Gouda, but felt guilty because he's not been around to play and I wanted to him to have a chance.

It was also hard to hold off on killing Toogs for so long.

Completely agree. How I actually try to play civ most times.

Mafia and SK's night 1 kills were very interesting. I was being honest when I was intentionally trying to make myself look like a special hoping mafia would hit me n1.
 
That vote wasn't an intentional dumb tell. It was trying to look like a helpful civ following the cop.

And Tim said it very elegantly when responding to the DV7 move. We're playing a game with hopes of civs acting rationally and for the benefit of the game.

Making decisions like "I'll save smidge day 1 every day" for no reason other than joke explanations is shitty all around.

I wanted to kill someone quiet, but I also wanted it to be someone I thought would have skills to figure me out.

I thought about killing Gouda, but I knew it would go to his head and refused to bloat his ego any more.

Also, multiple times I wanted to type that 1) no chance would smidge randomize roles and 2) PM EVERYONE BEFORE THE GAME!

We say it all the time but #2 needs to happen every game. Tim at one point alluded to this without purposely saying it.
 
The N1 kill by maf was a little bit special hunting (in the deep weeds) and a little bit trying to stay under the radar by not hitting anybody that would be obvious targets. Tic and I had a long discussion about that. Rommy was awol.
