*2017 Pit Fantasy Football League One* Season VIII

I'll think about it and counter. I can't see giving up Kelce. It won't be until later tonight though. Feel free to pull the offer if you don't want to wait.
 
Anyone want on the Zeke train? I need to do a deal so I don't finish 0-??
 
Just brutal, man.

In drafting Zeke, the narrative coming into the season was: survive the first 6 weeks so that when you get Zeke back, you run train towards the playoffs!

But a horrendous strength of schedule + NOW he gets suspended = fuck everything.
 
worst fantasy season for me ever. money league had #1 pick, david johnson. longest active league (20 years) had five guys go down last weekend (beckham, powell, kelce, watt and jordy) then kuechly last night.
and of course my powerhouse pit league team.

Yes, it's been a kick in the nuts every Sunday. But, I knew taking Zeke that this would happen. I was just hoping for some luck and still be in the hunt when he got back. In hindsight, another one of many mistakes I have made in a 20 team league.

Fortunately, in my $$ league the guy at #1 drafted DJ after telling me for two weeks straight that he was taking Bell at one. I was so happy that Johnson was going to slide to me @ 2 I couldn't wait. Then he takes DJ at the last second and I was like, thanks asshole! No joy in seeing great players get injured. PS that dude is in last place by a mile. Amazing what David Johnson can do for, or to, a team.

One thing I like about this league is that even if my team sucks out loud, there's still plenty of motivation not to get relegated.
 
I love/hate Jordy so much. He's so productive when he actually plays. But he's a 32 year old WR with chronic injury problems. Gurley is the only player picked after him in the 1st who would have been a significant upgrade.

This is my only motivation. I am now 1-5!! Slowly stepping away from the ledge as I type...

Yeah I laughed at that this morning. Fun fact: I have Rodgers in 4 of my 6 leagues and went 4/6 this week, all 4 wins coming from my teams with Rodgers.
 
Those are upgrades on the pupu platter of poo poo RBs I have. Not sure if I'd trade for them though. I'll think about it.
