BBall Recruiting Thread 2k19 - Charles Coleman de-commits to Wake. :(

Yeah, that was a real "by the way" thing to drop in a random post.

Not really. SJM didn't play last night. He had the knife fight incident. Manning hasn't really mentioned him much.

This is also how I’m looking at it. I don’t have anything concrete to base it on though.

He also isn’t that good, unfortunately. Sarr and Doral have way more upside

Right. Also given what we know of Manning's rotations, it's unlikely he plays more than 3 bigs.

I think SJM, D-Wash, Crawford and possibly Donovan will not be on the roster next season.

I would agree with the players mentioned above but I think Donovan will stay - he got a lot of run last night. I think if we add someone it would need to be a big.

If Donovan gets playing time next year there will probably be a lot of angry fans out there because of who he’d be getting time over.

Just watched the Lewis mix tape. Can you really get any feel for his game other than he can absolutely abuse an opposing point guard who is a foot shorter?

I saw a sweet shooting stroke and a guy who didn't seem afraid to look for his shot.

What's the knife fight incident?

Technically just have to clear one spot, and as Creamy points out we will almost certainly lose at least one non-senior from this year's roster.

In that case, here is some info on Wills.

Bryce Wills, Class of 2018 [re-classified to 2019 and then back to 2018]
6'4-6'5, 170

Wills is a combo-guard, IMO, even though he has been listed primarily as a shooting guard since he first re-classified. Given his 6'11 wingspan, he can definitely play either wing position.

It's hard to figure out what his ranking actually is because he has reclassified so many times. He was a consensus 4-star, Top-100 prospect before reclassifying into the class of 2019. He was ranked as a Top-50 prospect as a 2019 recruit.

Now that he's back in the class of 2018, he's in a state of rankings limbo:

Rivals: 4-star, #52 overall (Class of 2019)
ESPN: 3-star, #47 SG (Class of 2018)
247: N/A, but Evan Daniels had him as a 4-star and #27 recruit in Scout's 2019 Top 60 back in February.

Rankings always get messed up when players re-classify at the last minute, but it's safe to say that he's a 4-star/Top-75-caliber recruit
