Me Too [Cuomo joins hall of shame]

He wouldn't have lasted his first week anywhere other than Faux News...

Anybody else find it fascinating that we've seen more allegations against men in TV news and public radio than we have men in sports, media or athletes?

Perhaps, part of it would be that they would be harassing women working in media?

Me Too [GHWB, Franken, et al...sigh]

Media or any of the many women who work for sports franchises and athletic programs or random women athletes meet in the club. It's been an issue in the past. From Brett Favre's dick pics to Jenn Sterger (whatever happened to her?) to the whole women reporters in locker rooms controversy. Obviously domestic violence and Darren Sharper drugging and raping women. Ezekiel Elliot and the USA gymnastics doctor are the big ones in the mainstream sports world right now and those predates Weinstein.

No "Joe Buck grabbed my ass" or "Gronk touched my tits." It's surprising for such a male-dominant testosterone driven industry.

It seems like the world of sports already had their big reckoning and maybe learned from it. Media and politics are getting their reckoning now.

(By the way, looks like Jenn Sterger hasn't done much in recent years and she's engaged to a 30 year old minor leaguer she met on Twitter. One of her fellow cowgirls is a WWE wrestler.)

I was thinking yesterday that I am amazed that any public official resigned over these allegations. What happened to the "private lives don't matter" defense?

Surprised Franken, Conyers and others haven't tried that approach that worked so successfully for Clinton.

If you are an employee of a corporation (Ailes, O'Reilly, Lauer, etc), the company has every right to terminate you...but politicians would require recall votes to get 'em out of office so different story...

Also thinking... is there anybody in the public eye out there who hasn't committed sexual harassment?

What is the “private lives don’t matter” defense? Is that what Moore is running on?

That was the mantra forced on the public during the Clinton Lewinsky scandal... sexual activity is someone's private business and therefore not relent to their ability to hold office... there was a catch phrase for it which is escaping me now

Well that seems like a terrible defense especially for the Clinton issue since he allegedly had sexual relations inside the Oval Office

I like how the continuous constant here is Clinton. Lots of sexual assault and abuse over the past 20 years but that’s what oldman wants to talk about.

I regret to announce that President Dipshit is at it again.
