2018 Carolina (?) Panthers Offseason Thread

What round?

I’m kind of scared for Duke, Cam, or Bates to come to the Panthers as high picks in case they struggle and I have to not want them on the field.

I feel like we need a dude who can stretch the field. A dink and dunk guy isn’t gonna move the needle much for cam, not his game at all

Does that really play to Cams strength though, touch passes and short passes?

No but it relieves some pressure. It’s why the CMC pick is defensible. He routinely turned two yard dump offs into first downs. We didn’t use him properly all year. That angle route that he scored on against NO should be unstoppable against an average LB.

Spot on. With a WR who can actually stretch the field (Kirk would be good in my book) CMC should just crush underneath and break a few occasionally when the secondary doesn’t scheme against it right.

Also, I’d love to get Sony Michele in the 4th or something like that. No clue where he’s projected but that dude can play.

2nd Round

Look over the 2017 RB class. A lot of those guys got good run.

Rushing Yards
1. Kareem Hunt RB, Kansas City Chiefs – 1327 (3rd)
2. Leonard Fournette RB, Jacksonville Jaguars – 1040 (1st)
3. Alvin Kamara RB, New Orleans Saints – 728 (3rd)
4. Joe Mixon RB, Cincinnati Bengals – 626 (3rd)
5. Samaje Perine RB, Washington Redskins – 603 (4th)
6. Jamaal Williams RB, Green Bay Packers – 556 (4th)
7. Wayne Gallman RB, New York Giants – 477 (4th)
8. Matt Breida RB, San Francisco 49ers – 465 (UFA)
9. Aaron Jones RB, Green Bay Packers – 450 (5th)
10. Christian McCaffery RB, Carolina Panthers – 435 (1st)

Can get a running back in later rounds is what I take from it.

LOL at CSR selling this shirt.

I don't think we've mentioned this yet. I'll be really pissed if we can't have a second straight winning season against this schedule.

Away to Pittsburgh will now be in London, so it's nice not losing a home game to that.

Nice that we don’t get one of the early games.

Any idea how much London tickets are going to cost? When the NFL comes there are we talking about Super Bowl prices?
