in a matter of speaking, just one of my many hats...
LinkedIN generally pulls in better-qualified (or more-relevantly qualified). I've used Craiglist, which is very hit or miss but also very free, and the local paper's online job listing system but that's definitely the worst option.
Craigslist ? Are you in charge of hiring sanitation engineers ?
