No. Bernie's wife Jane inherited a family vacation home in Maine which had been in her family for 115 years. They sold that house because it was too far from Vermont. With that money, in addition to their life's savings, they purchased a 4 bedroom cabin house on a lake.

I've never condemned people for having a vacation home or moderate wealth, and Bernie hasn't either.

lol seriously though, I generally oppose Trump's authoritarianism and buck raking, but not in this case because his reasoning is legitimate, even if his motives aren't. I have no tears for billionaires. If we are truly concerned about the far reaching implications of biased authoritarianism, look no further than your local police force or District Attorney. Put a Larry Krasner in every DA's office in the country, and THEN I might give a fuck about Trump & Bezos

Funny because Trump has likely never gone shopping in his life, mom n’ pop brick and mortar or online. What would he buy? No bourbon, no cigars, no fine food, no exotic cars. Suits tailored at home and golf clubs delivered to the club. Nothing else to him but hair spray. Knock-off paintings and tacky drapes?
