2019 offical College Football thread

Nebraska loses to Troy, Rutgers gets destroyed by Kansas, and Maryland loses by three touchdowns to a previously winless Temple team.

Nice job B1G. Ohio State plays all three of those teams this eeason

Wiscy down 3 against BYU, 3:55 left.

So, it's apparently a personal foul for a DL to grab a RB around the waist, lift him off his feet and bring him to the ground? Like a body slam without actually slamming him? Because that is what was called against Baylor. It looked like a pretty good tackle to me.

22.5-point dogs BYU takes down Wiscy

Wisconsin will still probably play tOSU for the B1G championship. What a sham conference.

His "Geaux Tigers" at the end of every interview kills me.

Georgia and Alabama both have LSU and Auburn on their schedules this year.

Both teams get Auburn at home and play at Death Valley. Pretty favorable for LSU.

Duke shutting out and dominating Baylor at the half 23-0. Duke has always been very lucky with scheduling. Wake schedules Baylor and we get Art Briles and RGIII. Duke gets Baylor at their typically suckful level.

I see the officiating has carried over to Football now, 0 yds in penalties, really??

Yes, but everyone in the ACC thinks we were the ones who got lucky with scheduling because we got Duke as our primary crossover opponent. And for a time there they were correct.

The ACC seems pretty solid top to bottom. If you’re talking about FSU potentially being one of the bottom teams, that’s a pretty good conference.

Not so sure about that. Clemson nearly lost to the fifth best team in the SEC West and they’re way better than anybody else in the ACC.
