2018 NFL Season ends: Patriots win Superbowl!

Hard to imagine Philly getting by New Orleans (hope I'm wrong), but I really wouldn't mind another shot at Dallas if we get there.

I feel horrible for the kicker.

+1

Parkey shouldn’t have kicked when they blew the whistle for the timeout. I feel like when they have to make the kicks multiple times is when they miss the one that counts

When the defense calls a timeout right before the snap and the kicker still kicks it and it goes through, the one that counts never goes in. See: Memphis kicker, Birmingham Bowl.

Maybe, if you're a kicker with a lot of mental fragility. But for sheer physical purposes it's probably nice to get the nerves out with a real kick, plus you get to see how the ball is responding to weather, etc.

I blame John Fox for this loss. Our kickers have been horrid since he cut the 2nd most accurate kicker of all time for no reason.

Didn't think the Mack pick was gonna be better than the Cooper pick when the Raiders made the Amari deal

Eagles-Bears was an entertaining game. Great defense, spectacular catches, officiating wierdness. Lead changes and drama at the end with the "double doink" kick from Parkey that ultimately missed.

Has there ever been a Wild Card weekend where all four road teams won? Not saying it's going to happen, but it's not implausible with these matchups.

3-1

And I, of course, wagered on the 1 (SEA)... Got a push, though!

Also, Bears brought this on themselves by trying to win Week 17. If they just laid down for the Vikings they would have had them yesterday, and Kirk Cousins <<<<<<< Playoff Nick Foles

Exactly....perplexing decision at the time, and an even worse one in hindsight now.

Obviously not a surprise to Bears fans I assume, but watching the montage of Parkey doinking ball after ball off the upright (four in one game?!?) was brutal given the context.
