Totally Unofficial 2018/19 Premier League Thread (NWT)

This guy is the NEW/NEXT/BETTER Turkish Messi. There was even another youtube that said it. Right below the Welcome to Liverpool one.

#LFC starting XI: Mignolet, Camacho, Fabinho, Lovren, Moreno, Milner, Keita, Jones, Shaqiri, Sturridge, Origi.

Exciting lineup, hopefully it is good enough to beat Wolves.

Ki-Jana Hoever on the bench, as well as Isaac Christie-Davies, who was in Chelsea's youth set up until last year.

Hoever turns 17 on January 18th. Christie-Davies is 21.

Lallana out with an injury. Chasing Gunner's Danny Welbeck, if you will. United's Luke Shaw. West Ham's Andy Carroll. You get the idea.

It's not news or anything, but cool to see Conor Coady has become a key player for Wolves. He was always really good, just kind of slow - an in-betweener for central midfield/center back. But I'm glad he made it.

I'm going to be so angry/depressed when we lose Poch due to lack of financial backing (acknowledging the stadium). It's been nearly a year since we signed a player (Moura from PSG on 1/31/2018).

“I saw a stat the other day about how teams were spending money in the last 10 years and we were on the bottom in England and Europe,” Pochettino said. “We’re doing a fantastic job but, if we want to be real contenders, we need to operate in a different way in the future."

Klopp must have lit the dressing room on fire at halftime. Players flying around now. 1-1, nice goal Origi.

Out of the FA Cup. Cups are fun! Draws are fun! Stay in them longer Liverpool! Play more regulars!

Klopp obviously wasn’t prepared to risk anything that could threaten Liverpool’s chances at the bigger trophies. He’s also apparently not worried about the criticism that comes with not winning a trophy.
