I remember posting on here that Bennett would never be able to recruit 4star players w his boring methodical offense.

This might become the first Wake BB game that I don't watch on purpose.

I remember RJ saying that we were lucky to have Manning instead of Bennet for just that reason. I assume he is still correct somehow??
 
I want us to win every game, but this is one instance in which I'd be OK with a huge beatdown.

I don't view UVA as a hated rival, and I feel like their run of success shows what can be done when you hire an elite coach... So when we lose 81-35 tonight, perhaps that be another push to make a change sooner than later.
 
Current spread at my book is UVA -24.

Two polar opposites in regards to coaches where you have one that had a clear vision and system to implement from day 1 to turn a program completely around and then you had......

Was it Bzzz's first year and Bennett's first year, UVa was our only ACC win? Kudos to Bennett and UVa for their progress since then and Turdo's to Ron and us for our stagnation since then.

I'll be surprised if Wake scores over 50. Unless Wake gets some points when Bennett puts in end of bench subs when he has a 30+ point lead.

That’s a ton of points. I’m guessing something like 30-20 at the half and 68-45 for the game.

I'm confident Dan'l's strategy will be to draw lots of foul shots on the road against the third ranked team, that has the defensive reputation of Virginia.
 
Down to -22.5!

The closer it gets to 20, the more I am tempted to wager on UVA.

If we get to the line 100 times and make 80 percent we might have a shot.

I think he could by next year, this year would be a tough job. I think he'd need more time to get the crappy coaching out of them they've been subjected to. Of course, he'd have been working with a fresh canvas with Hoard, Mucius and Wright.
