We’re playing band and my 4 year old is the lead singer. Sample lyric “God never stops watching us. He is like Santa. Now the beat drops. Shake it God, shake it.” Idk what the fuck they’re teaching in her Sunday school, but the idea of a twerking god may shift me away from agnosticism.

WE have everything delivered to either a friend who works with my wife. It's a little bit of a pain in the ass, but there is a 100% chance that something left on my porch will be stolen within 5 minutes. I could have stuff delivered to my office, and a lot of people do, but it's technically against office policy.

Point of clarification... 3 plates meaning 45+45+whatever (meaning 225+)? OR 45-45-45 (meaning 315+)?

If it is the former... Congrats! I got as high as 245 before my 2nd shoulder surgery... Stuck around 225 these days.

If it is the latter... Jesus, that's a lot of weight.

I’m starting to worry that I need shoulder surgery so I’m acting like a grown up and ignoring the pain and refusing to go to the doctor.
 
Fans are getting a little disgruntled during the back half of the football team's special season.
