The email I received from Currie stated it was the largest expected "student turnout" since the Orange Bowl. Guess that makes more sense.
Yes, but will they stay for the second half?

Goes to show you that students will support winning teams.
We will have more students travel to NY for our bowl game than we’ve had at home basketballs games in a decade.
There are nearly 50k students at MSU including graduate programs.
I think people underestimate how undesirable Charlotte is as a bowl destination for non-local teams. And I say that as a native of the area and big fan of the city.
Kinda looks like a black and gold version of the Michigan helmet.
This should help fire up the Michigan State team.

I’m pretty sure this is the generic ACC pinstripe bowl jersey and helmet. I’m sure they have one for the Big Ten as well.
Meaning what? That every ACC & B1G team does this for this game? That would be odd.
Either way this makes me realize that I have never once watched the pinstripe bowl.

Same here. Not sure why.
Replayed today on ACCN. The IU kicker kicked it directly above the upright, and it was called wide right. Apparently FGs are not reviewable if they're higher than the upright.Pretty sure Dook won it a couple of years ago on a horrible call on a late FG.
I think its a generic uniform that is created by the bowl and is used for marketing alongside the schools uniform. The jersey lists the Pinstripe Bowl on it, which I can't imagine each school doing for one game.Meaning what? That every ACC & B1G team does this for this game? That would be odd.
