I like to eat oatmeal for breakfast, but sometimes don't have time to cook it and default back to the Kashi.

the NY AG's office doesn't fuck around with nonprofits. at my previous job we did a lot of work in response to Hurricane Sandy and they were extremely vigilant in auditing any charity that fundraised off of Sandy to ensure no fraud.

What did everybody have for breakfast ?

Me: Kashi cereal, banana, coffee

I enjoyed my usual work-day breakfast...

A mix of uncooked rolled and quick oats with blueberries and banana slices and oat “milk”.

And one really good cup of coffee.

Mmmmm.

How long do you all wait to eat after you wake up? Most days it's 2-3 hours for me.

i was going to say "what the hell that's fucking crazy" but i actually wake up around 7 and rarely get breakfast in front of me/wife until 9-10 when the daughter is out the door...so i guess same.

in the Before Times, on a week day, probably an hour or less

I’m never hungry within 90 minutes of waking up at all. I have no idea how people eat first thing especially before work.

Have not yet tried "a cup of black coffee and two cans of Goya black beans to own the libs". Will report back if I do.
