Anybody thinking that the next Civil War starts in earnest today?

I'm not saying it will or should, just that it does. Seems like it would be bad. If it happens, I'm moving to Charleston and I'm gonna be a blockade runner like Rhett Butler.

Fuck no. These twitter keyboard warriors aren't going to leave behind their PS5's, flatscreen TV's, and free internet porn to go fight in an actual war.

We will probably see some civil unrest that will fizzle out.

The $2 bill was so unpopular that most were pulled from circulation and ended up in the various Federal Reserve doomsday bunkers scattered around the country. So after the nuclear holocaust expect to see a lot of those babies.
 
When I first moved to DC and didn't yet have a Metro SmartTrip card I bought a paper card and got change from the machine in Susan B Anthony coins. Tried to use them in a 7/11 and the guy flat out refused to take them. It was clear the only way he would budge is if the police were called but I didn't care that much.
 
getting a second monitor for my laptop might be the greatest purchase i've made since the pandemic started. much easier than sorting through a ton of different open windows. 12/10 would recommend.

yeah I luckily already got IT to give me a docking station, mouse and keyboard to go along with the giant monitor my uncle gave me. once the pandemic started they announced no new equipment in your home office, but you could take home what you have at your desk.

What mouse & keyboard to you have? debating on getting something. I keep flip flopping on whether I'm fine using the macbook keyboard & trackpad or if I would actually use external ones.
