Unpopular opinions

I hate you for putting the year in the Iron Bowl Kick Six. I thought it was like 2 years ago and now I wonder where my life went.

Popeyes might be the most overrated chicken place of all time. The tenders are all that weird processed chicken, the spicy ones are edible that’s about it.

Their fries, red beans and rice, and biscuits are actually pretty fucking good tho.
 
The correct move is to get the regular fried chicken at Popeyes instead of the tenders. Eat bone in chicken you cowards.

Nah the sandwich is way overhyped, I wanted to like it, tried it multiple times, but nah. I’d rather eat the tenders and I’m not a tenders guy.

Yea the fry crust is weird on it.

Nothing takes you straight to slap city like a two piece dark meal from bojangles.
 
Is it an unpopular opinion to say Mountain Fried Chicken sucks?

Bojangles >Popeyes>Church’s>>>>>KFC>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Mountain Fried Chicken
 
Best chicken sandwich is Chic Fil A, best bone in bojangles. Best sides bojangles. Best biscuit bojangles. Best overall item bojangles takes 1 and 2 for Cajun filet biscuit and the Bo Berry biscuit.

Worst offender for horrible consistency between locations is a tie between pop eyes and bojangles.

You are right re: consistency issues.

Chicfila sandwich tastes great, but is a soggy mess compared to a good popeye's fried chicken which actually seems fried and has some real crunch to it.
 
CFA sandwiches are also wildly inconsistent on size. you either get a giant one or one where the bun is bigger than the chicken.
 
I will add that you simply MUST get the spicy mayo version of the popeyes sandwich.. that really helps dial it up to TIER 1.

whoa whoa whoa...I DONT HAVE WORDS.

OK I DO. Mountain Fried Chicken is better than all of those, sans maybe Bojangles.
 
Popeyes is dogshit. Church's is OK, KFC is just,...woof...

Bojangles is excellent, so we agree there. MFC is great though. Not sure what you don't like about it.
 
the MFC on Akron and the one on University both have incredible cooked to order fried chicken tender meals
