this is on my to-do list at some point, but i also wanna take the effort to do homemade noodles with it too, if i'm gonna work that hard at a meal, so i've put it off.. i'd also probably food processor the soffritto, hate having big chunks of carrot in my sauce

My original plan was to make fresh pasta to go with the bolognese. However, I went I to the office yesterday for about 6 hours and when I got done with the bolognese just didn’t have it in me to make the pasta too.

5 mins and change here. Basically as fast as I’m capable of typing but blew 20 secs finding typos. Hard to do it accurate and fast on a phone screen.
